11. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customers may cancel scheduled services up to 48 hours before the appointment with a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. If the Company cancels due to our inability to provide services, a full refund will be issued.

12. Service Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work within 48 hours of service completion, please contact us immediately. We will re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by factors outside our control.
